Alpine Guiding
Our alpine guiding programme is co-ordinated by Nick who has over 25 years of alpine mountaineering experience. Nick is an IFMGA guide – members of this organisation hold the highest international qualification in guiding.
| Summer Alpine Mountaineering | |
| Nick has guided classic routes all over the Swiss and French Alps and has also run a variety of instructional courses. Nick’s obvious love of the Alps combined with his enthusiasm and drive is what will help turn your alpine dreams into reality. Because the Alps are so special we prefer not to outline course content, instead each programme is specifically designed to meet your individual requirements. For example if you have your heart set on climbing Mont Blanc but have never worn crampons we will give you the training and advice to make this happen. Our maximum ratio for Alpine Guiding is 1:2 and for some objectives 1:1. | |
